Welcome Vendors! We are so excited that you are interested in taking part in the 2023 Vintage Harvest Sale! We are looking forward to a great event, made possible by you!

Below is some information pertaining to the event, costs, set up and application.  Please read through it prior to filling in the application form and should you have any question please feel free to reach out.

VENDORS:

​

Booth spaces are allocated to one vendor per space only.

​

Vintage Vendors: We are looking for vendors that specialize in vintage, antiques, primitive wares and salvaged items - no new retail items.

​

Makers: We will have a few spaces designated for farm produced products and makers. We suggest incorporating vintage or vintage inspired item to your displays.

​

LOCATION:

Locality Brewing, Langley, BC

​

EVENT DATE & TIME:

September 9, 2023 from 10-3pm

​

SET UP:

Set up will be at scheduled times on Friday, September 8th. All Vintage Vendors MUST be available to unload on Friday during the designated hours. Vendors will be allowed to drive up to their booth area and unload their items. You will then be asked to park in the parking lot to allow other vendors to do the same. We will be organizing move in time slots with all accepted vendors closer to the event. Remember, this is a pasture sale and your set up does not have to be fancy. We encourage you to bring a tent if you wish, they will not be provided.

VENDOR FEES:

10x10' Booth - $195.00 

10x20' Booth - $295.00

10x30' Booth - $395.00

Makers or farm produced goods table space - $55.00

​

Additional Items (if required):

Tables (8') - $15.00

Chairs - $5.00

​

If you are accepted, a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be due within 24 hours of acceptance. The remainder of the booth fee will be due 60 days prior to the event. 

​

While we wish we could accept everyone who applies, we are limited by the venue space. We always encourage those who are not accepted to apply again next year and to help us to promote the event by attending as shoppers to ensure we have the success to allow us to expand next year!
